- I value your time so please value mine. Are you running 5-10 minutes late for your appointment? I understand, however, I do wish that you call or text me letting me know you will be late. 
- Communicate exactly what you want to achieve at your appointment. Also, if you have sensitivities or issues BEFORE your service starts.
